You have 7 days or 250 miles, whichever comes first, to get to know your new car. Drive it to work, stuff the trunk with groceries, and park it in your garage. If you decide it’s not right, we’ll help you exchange it for something else or provide a refund of the purchase price.
Our 7-Day return policy begins the day you receive the item, regardless of the time of day. During that time, you can inspect it and return or exchange it for any reason. No questions asked. To return or exchange your asset, you must let us know before 5 PM PDT on the 7th calendar day after receiving your asset, the purchase date will be considered as day 0. The request has to be initiated via email.
For a buyback request, the vehicles must be available on the Buyer’s property, and the payment has to be made on that property.
Motor World will purchase that Vehicle from the Customer at 100% of the purchase price originally paid
by the Customer minus any documentation fees, shipping, taxes, or state fees or costs associated with
the return of the Vehicle.
We also need to mention, that everything is insured during this period unless the customer will be drunk or high in case of accident.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT A RETURN IF THE ASSET HAS BEEN:
❌modified
❌in an accident or damaged
❌altered from the condition it was delivered in
❌put on a security as a loan, also known as an encumbrance In a rejection case, the delivery back will be free.
If the asset doesn’t have any of the issues listed above, we will accept the return within 7 days. Refunds are processed immediately but may take 1 – 3 days to show up in your account based on your bank.
